The Grip & Turn tool functions as electrically operated arm grippers. The arm grippers can be fitted with a wide variety of grippers, depending on the reel’s surface and material. The arm grippers are mounted on an electric turning unit which can rotate the item +/- 180 degrees.

This type of lifter is a healthy solution for your back and body because you avoid having to do any manual lifting (such as having to rotate the reels on the pallet by hand).

    Details

    If your reels are packed closely together, they need to be moved slightly apart to make space for the arm grippers.
    You only need to press one button and the arm grippers are ready to do some heavy lifting for you. The lifter picks up reels vertically, which frees you from having to lay the reel down manually, as is required with a boom.The lifter grips, lifts and rotates all cylindrical items vertically. If you need to lift a reel (or other item) made of a different material or shape, then we will customise the arm grippers by fitting different grippers that are perfect for your reel’s material and surface. The lifter depicted here lifts up to 60 kg.       REEL HANDLER (MRP3)
      A Reel Handler is a tube-shaped fixating tool that fixates and carries the reel by its core. A Reel Handler tips the reel 90 degrees by manually turning the Reel Handler’s handle.A lifter with a Reel Handler lifts almost all types of reels, even those that are packed closely together on a pallet.
    2. Press a button to position the boom at the same height as the boom of your packing machine. Push the reel over onto the packing machine’s boom and presto: your production process is up and running again!
      BOOM (D1)
      A boom is a horizontal tube that lifts reels by the core. The lifter is fast and safe for all types of reels that are lying down (i.e. with a horizontal core) and must be delivered in the same position.
    3. Move the lifter away and (re-)start your production process.
      V-BLOCK & PLATFORM (EPV)

      A V-block is a V-shaped plate, that is placed on the platform, and on which the reel can lie. The V-block keeps the reel in place.

      The platform is a plate that lifts other types of items when the V-block is removed. This is one of our combination models, and its two tools make it a highly flexible and versatile lifter.
